computer won't boot without a graphics card
I have a media computer with a graphics card. The system has built in graphics so I wanted to pull out the card to make it more energy efficient. However, if I remove the graphics card I can no longer get the system to boot. It won't even load the Bios. I have put the card back in, got into the bios, and tell it to use the on-board video, but once I do it just sits at "Using PCIE Gen 2 Device" and won't do anything else.

The system I'm using is a ASRock AM1H-ITX combo w/cpu (the 1.3 quad core combo from newegg)
2 GB RAM
Powercolor 7850
120 SSD with Windows 7

I've even reset the bios, but to no avail. The only way I can boot into anything is with the card installed.
