Hey guys What do you think would be a better choice have a look at these 3 cards. I want to play watch dogs on ultra .
R9 280..http://www.galaxy.com.pk/msi-R9-280X-3gb.html.Cost 42000
Gtx 770 4gb..http://www.czone.com.pk/graphic-cards-nvidia-geforce-gi.... Cost 46500
R9 290 from His .http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-802.shtml..Cost 45000
Which one of these would you prefer for cooling wise , quietness and performance wise and how is HIS brand for r9 290 , Does anybody have experienced with his iceq edition ?

Yes Asus will rock the benchmarks here and is worth over others. No it doesn't have better compatibility with Asus MoBo or anything like that. GPUs are compatible with PCIe gen rather than MoBo, as long as its PCI 3.0, it'll perform optimally on any MoBo, if its PCI 2.0 or lower, you'll have some performance drops (its not a cause of concern with new builds, almost all newer MoBos have 3.0).

Not quite:It's neither the coolest (that titles goes to Asus or Sapphire Vapor (or Tri) X) nor the quietest (Asus, I know you said that). Its just a good value for money, not the best OCer too.
So you say ASUS is the best choice (I dont like dual-x and other sapphire cards are off budget) ? Also does ASUS combo MOBO - GPU have better compatibility/ performance?

R9 280X Dual X is much like AMD's reference with better cooling. The Asus has significantly higher clock, and better cooling too, which'll mean you have much more room for OCing.

I'd certainly not recommend HIS over MSI here, as both cards are very comfortable on Ultra, and the more cooling headroom (of Tri X 280X) will give more OCing abilites, thus ensuring better performance once OCed, besides being cool too. It may just be a bad eg, but take it this way, I'd get a 40" Sony Bravia over 42" Sansui, no matter how good the Sansui is, no offense.Hmmmm what about Sapphire dual-x r9 280x or Asus r9 280x . i want one with less noise and good performance and no artifacts
