Hello All,
[Updated]
I have new PC build that will not display, here are the following parts:
GIGABYTE GA-F2A88X-D3H FM2+ / FM2 AMD A88X (Bolton D4) SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 HDMI ATX AMD
SAPPHIRE 100363L Radeon R9 280X 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity Quad-Core 3.4GHz Socket FM2 100W Desktop Processor - Black Edition AD750KWOHJBOX
Team Dark 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model TXD38192M1600HC9DC-D
Seasonic X Series 750W Power Supply
PC will not post, no beeps, no video. Wondering if I need a new processor or possible a more powerful power supply. When I connect the power to the CPU, you can hear the fan lose power than resume, as if it's trying to initialize but just can't. Don't know if that makes sense?
Thank you all for your help.

Try googling to see if anyone else has had the same problem with this card.
Try taking out the card, only using the onboard mobo graphics, download the drivers for the card, then plugging it in after the drivers are installed.
If the screen doesn't display plugged into the mobo and the vid card taken out, it sounds like a mobo issue not a vid card.

Is your monitor plugged into the R9 280X? Have you tried plugging the cable into the motherboard instead. Just looking for some video at the moment. Not concerned about quality yet.Just another question, it shouldn't matter if I'm using the VGA plug or HDMI, correct? Either should be fine? I haven't tried the HDMI cable.

Humor me, but have you made sure if your card requires 2 sets of power cables that they are both plugged in? My R9 270x needs 2x 6 pin power connections. Erm.... Sounds like your monitor recognizes that it's plugged in, but no signal is getting to it. Have you tried plugging in a different monitor just to try to troubleshoot?

Could it be possible you shorted something out while you were installing it? Or maybe a static discharge somewhere?Edit: I'm not sure, but it is a replacement motherboard as in this is the 2nd motherboard that would be doing this within a month... I have only plugged in the video card once on the new motherboard and did not connect both connecters in fear of nothing coming on.
Again, everything comes on, all the fans, LED's etc. I've tried without the graphics card as well by just plugging the monitor straight into the motherboard.

Thanks Jake,
I have tried plugging both cables into the r9 270x and nothing comes on. (Could be a short? Maybe I'm plugging something in wrong from my power supply?)
I have tried plugging this into my HDTV, and still no display...on my HDTV it does say "No signal" though.
Edit: I don't know if it helps, but everything comes on when I have it all plugged in...fans, fans on the video card, DVD rom, HD... it all seems to be working...just no display.
