Monitor graphical issue when gaming.
Hey, just got a new monitor (Asus VS247H-P) and I'm having a strange issue when playing games.
The games I've tested are Dota 2, Diablo 3, and Fifa 14. Whenever there is movement on screen in game there is blurriness on the world textures. For example in Dota 2 moving the camera cause the trees and ground to go blurry and look lower resolution from when the camera isn't panning. The same thing happens in diablo and fifa. Also when this occurs any sort of edge gets darker.
The monitor is connected to my laptop via hdmi and it only occurs on the new monitor and not the built in display.

Dump the HDMI as per above link.

The problem in the review sounded different from mine but when I get the chance I'll try a few different cables. Hopefully that helps.

list specs........... also, if there is an option to disable motion blur in those games control panels i would do it. could be input lag. the laptop and the monitor have different refresh rates and different resolutions. maybe you need to look there?

no motion blur options in games. It seems to be different than that anyways. Monitor is the same as the built in one. Both 1080p @ 60H. i7-4702 and gtx 760m

another DUD by ASUS. ............ I stopped buying their products a long time ago for different reasons. part of it was when they moved their manufacturing plant to main land China. quality went down.

anyways, this stuff OP is having should not be an issue.
