With any console you basically are limited to what you buy, any PC that is equal to it or better will remain better (and can be made even better - easily). Here you'll get better graphics and game play with your 280X that with the console - it will depend on you and when YOU decide you want more out of games, you can simply upgrade the the 280X (and when that comes, or you think it has, can always go back and play the console again and see how much better what you already have is, and then might decide you don't need to upgrade your GPU)

Its fine, no need to be sorry. Its just we are having trouble getting a shared understanding.Okay, the answer is always. A game the PS4 plays at high settings, and gets 60FPS, your PC will play on ultra settings and get 60FPS. A game the PS4 plays on medium settings at 60FPS, your PC will play at high with 60FPS.
This will never change. The PS4 has a set CPU and GPU that cannot be changed. Its current performance will never increase. Your PC is already faster than it. Because your PC is already faster, and the PS4 is not going to change, your PC will always be faster.

The game consoles last forever because the companies low settings. When they are new like now, they are high settings, but in a few years they will be playing games in medium and then low settings, reducing resolution, and even then getting only about 20FPS. That is how the PS3 and Xbox 360 are now, they have lowered settings on games everywhere they can to keep them able to just run the game, but the performance is bad.
When they move to low settings on the PS4 you will still be playing games on medium settings on this computer. You could easily have this computer for a longer lifespan than a PS4, but people upgrade their computers more often because they want to have maxed out settings always.

The R9 280x is already much faster than the PS4's graphics. About twice as fast would be a fair guess. It should be able to play games on medium until womewhere between 2018-2020 I suspect. AMD and Nvidia are focusing on low power at the moment so this should help extend the life of current generation GPUs.
so what do u think is the settings for games of ps4?
It would depend on the game, in some probably high settings, some just medium settings. Current games on the PC you will be able to max out that the PS4 couldn't.
how long will i would be able to play at ps4 settings when my gpu can't play any higher ?
Maybe you aren't getting this. You buy this graphics card, your PC will be faster than the PS4 always and forever. If the PS4 can play a game, your PC with this GPU will always be able to play it faster at better settings.
ok i m so sorry and i m asking this for last time how long would it be playing better settings of ps4 or equal to ps4 ?
i m so sorry please answer this question in detail for the very last time
