Core i5 4690k with Corsair H100i running idle over 50C stock clock?
I just installed my 4690k after saving up my money for it. I bought the H100i about 2 weeks ago and fitted the rad in place and left the pump hanging in the case (which probably broke it) and now the corsair logo is pulsing red and the CPU temp just climbs. I haven't dared to get the CPU over 50C since its my first build.
I have checked all the cables, they are all plugged in. Here are my specs:

Core i5 4690K stock speed
Corsair H100i with SP120mm fans in push config.
Asus ROG Maximus VII Hero
Corsair RM650 PSU

Any help at all would be appreciated :)

Well it's obviously faulty then. Nothing would happen to the pump if it was just left hanging there unless you regularly picked up the case and slammed it against the wall or something, so it was probably just DOA to begin with.
