GPU Fan Failure
Hello, I have a HD 5870 XFX GPU for a couple of years now. The fan started make some noise a few weeks ago. Suddenly the fan began to stop spinning as much. Now it doesn't spin at all At first I assume it might of been dust but it is not. Do I need to get a new GPU or can I replace the fan to save myself money? (I am a poor college student)

That is just examples. You can probably still find them via eBay or find others that are similar.
