amd fx8320 (not to do oc)
mobo:gigabyte 970A D3P
seagate 1 tb 7200 rpm internal hard drive
sapphire readeon r9 280x dual x (not to do oc)
case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid Tower
please suggest me a good psu durable and which will get good fps and which allows me to do ram upgrades only and should not be very expensive (trying to make overall rig arround 600$)

but why the sapphire website is saying that 750w psu is required for r9 280x (btw i m not doing any overclocking)All GPU manufacturers grossly overstate their cards' requirements because there are tons of sub-par PSUs in the wild that cannot reliably deliver more than about half their stickers' ratings.
Even the R9-290X only peaks at 350W. Add 150W for a typical worst-case for the rest of the system, you get 500W. Add a 50% safety margin on top of that, you get 750W.

Both are extremely good quality.Seasonic is a manufacturer which makes top of the line PSUs when it comes to quality.Seasonic also makes the XFX PSUs,so they're great quality too.
You can't go wrong with either of them.

The XFX 550 can easily run a 280x.A Radeon R9-280X needs 30amps on the 12v + rail and at least 550 watt power supply with 1 - 6 PIN and 1 - 6+2 pin PCIE power connections.
The XFX more than meets these requirements.

Another fine choice made by the best Super Flower.

For a 280x, get a good quality 600+W power supply from tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su... eg
Seasonic M12II 620 $75 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
XFX 650 $70 - http://www.ncixus.com/products/?sku=59616
Antec HCG 620M $85 - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

With a 280X I normally recommend a 550 - something like
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... or
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
this card advertises as needing a 750, might check w/ the manufacturer, I haven't used a 280X tha required near that much, but who knows
