Hi all,
Having a bit of a problem here. I'm building a budget rig with a GAF2A55MHD2 and a CX 600. The motherboard has an 8 pin next to the apu, but the pins on the CPU wires of the PSU don't match. (please see pics below for clarification

yes i have seen them yes those pins are for those socket what is the problem your should see there is a bulde edge on the side of the socket and a clip on the pins you should match them and push then you can hear a click .
Thanks for your answers, it just wasn't going in but I persisted and it went in! I believed that some of the 'D' shaped pins were stopping it going into the 'square' pins but apparently not

yes i have seen them yes those pins are for those socket what is the problem your should see there is a bulde edge on the side of the socket and a clip on the pins you should match them and push then you can hear a click .

there is no picture ........ and the eps cpu power connector should lok like this..you can split them into 2 x 4 pin.
