i am a hardcore league of legends player , and i am hoping to stream and be able to play in settings higher then "very low" . Right now im playing with a playable 30-40 fps, all on very low .

LoL is not very demanding by todays standards. you will have plenty of power. as for streaming, it will mostly soak up cpu power.
is this fx4300+r7-240 a build that your thinking about buying? what are the specs of your computer right now?
if you just want a basic computer that will play moba games maxed out, and even new titles on 1080p@medium....

assuming you can re install windows, you might not need the computer case or the optical drive, or even the hard drive. without knowing the exact model of your power supply its hard to tell but unlikely.

i have a 500 watt psu cheap one, not certified.
I have a 5 year old computer that never failed once when it came to the power supply, do you think i could use this on that build?that is, if it has enough watts and what not. or is it too old?
