Gigabyte Radeon 7750 2GB not being reconized by system
So I just got a card that I had RMA'd back, and it still doesn't work.

I tried it out on both PCI slots, and the fans won't start when I turn the comp on either.

I also somehow managed to lose the installation cd, so I tried installing the drivers via Gigabyte's site. My motherboard's bios also doesn't seem to realize that there's something plugged into the machine.

have you tried updating your chipset drivers? you said that you already RMA your GPU once. how about asking them to test the card? maybe it is your mobo PCI-E slot that having problem

Drivers for the GPU? I've been using the drivers from here, because the installation disk (As well as any other comp I can test this on) are at home and I'm currently at college.

Test the card in another PC that should run it. If it does not run there (especially with the fans going), you got another bad card.

so still no discrete gpu working with your mobo?

...I just realized what the DGP setting on my mobo stood for.

Anyway, yeah, it's not working even with that setting on.

I tried both pci slots, and no luck. the card itself isn't even showing up in the BIOS menu.

have you tried updating your mobo BIOS? also try disabling intel IGP from BIOS. if you have another PC to try out your GPU that would be better as well.

This is insanely late, but I tried updating the Mobo and nothing. I THINK i disabled the IGP, but as I am still using it somehow, that's probably not the case.
