Will a R7 260X run Arma 3?T
Title says it all, will it run Arma 3 (on low)?

Arma 2 is. I have a friend that plays arma 3 off his cheap laptop. But to be sure. Go to canyourunit.com and test your hardware against the game. the results arent conclusive but should give you a good idea. Do you already have the card or are you looking at buying it?

Did they optimize it? I was following it for a while and I read that it was poorly optimized and CPU/GPU intensive. Might be wrong.

Of course. Arma 3 is not a very demanding game. This should do just fine on even medium. Don't have too much shadow or terrain detail and you'll be pumping out them frames.
