In say like BO2, Play a game and look after the game if your gpu usage was at 100% usage. With a 750ti You should get about 80fps. I own an AMD 7850 which is slightly better but your gpu should keep up.

If the usage is less than 100% either you have vsync on (turn it off) or your cpu is bottlenecking. The cpu shouldn't bottleneck though in most games, it should bottleneck in games like Skyrim and BF3, But BO2 should not have a high cpu load.

Okay here, I want you to download the benchmark and when you get in press f9, when it finishes the bench it will will give you are score, minimum fps and maximum and average.
Post your results here: btw make sure these settings.
API: DX11
QUALITY: ULTRA
TESS:NORMAL
AA:X4
RES:1920X1080 (or whatever you have, if it's different post the resolution)

Run it and post it here, I have overclocked my gpu but on stock clocks I got:
SCORE:699
FPS:27.7
MIN:7.1
MAX:52.9

fps : 45.2
score :1138
min fps : 8.2
max : 100.9

Yours should be lower but close, if it looks fine then that means it is not the gpu.
It could also be driver problems and other problems.

fps : 45.2

min fps : 8.2
max : 100.9

Gpu seems fine to me, a problem which someone else had is could be the actual motherboard, perhaps the motherboard is overheating.

You can use hwmonitor to see that,
http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html
Just check out everything, if you cannot see anything. Without the actual pc being here we cannot do anything about it.
Take it to a pc store and let them have a look at it.

-good luck

well bud, its all good but its still slow ill choose u as the best answer cuz u helped me alot .. keep up the good job :D

What motherboard is it? So far most people who have these problems, it may be a small part of the motherboard over heating and causing the whole system to slow down, usually that or driver problems. faulty hardware, or other software issues.

Hope you get it fixed, take it in to the nearest pc store and let them check it out. Hopefully they're good ;)

ps : my gtx 750 ti is oc that makes any diffrent? . (geforce gtx 750 ti oc )

Looks fine gpu wise if you were playing minecraft on it, Also minecraft for me is very un-stable so I would not count that. The update even for me made it quite laggy. So ignore Minecraft.

Arma 2 is very un-optimised, Bo2 you should get quite good fps.

Sorry Ill be back later.

Also allocate extra ram and increase cache or let a program like Razer Cortex or Game Booster do it for you. Make sure you haven't capped or underclocked your gpu or cpu. Use Overclocking software to check

Did you download 32 -bit and not 64-bit version? Reinstall the 64-bit version.

ctrl+alt+delete while minecraft is running then right click and set priority to high. Same with Arma III.
