I bascially bought a new GTX 770 graphics card and it doesn't seem any different from my old GPU, ive tried everything i can think of and it has had no effect on the games i play. My build is below:

to tell if anything is wrong though performance wise, not just living up to your expectations, look back at the 3dmark firestrike score and select show result details, it is a big orange bar pretty much at the very top. This will show you how you compare to other people who have run the benchmark with builds basically the same as yours. If you arent in the bar with pretty much everyone elses scores then there is something wrong with your current setup

I would go with i5 in gaming they beat any radeon with any number of core. My old core i5 2400 still never hits 100% in any game.
To check that your CPU is holding back your gpu check in game u r getting fps problem that your CPU is 100% or not. If it is 100% and gpu isn't at 99% means that your CPU is bottlenecking Gpu which means with your current CPU you cannot get full performance of your new graphics card.

I definitely agree with you, would you say i should upgrade my CPU then ??
And if so is there any you can recommend ??
i f found this, but i wanted another opinion as to if it would be enough to keep up with the GPU.
