Sadly, the psu doesn't have enough wattage on 12v line to support the card, you will need to upgrade it.

Yep, I'll second that.

Your current PSU gives you around 216W on the +12V rail. The recommend minimum wattage is 400W.

Is there a manufacturer logo on the PSU? If not, there should be a sticker with power ratings for various voltages (+12V, +3.3V, +5V, etc.). If you can give us all the information on that sticker, we can tell you if the GTX 650 will work.

230V is the max voltage supply it can handle. Can you post a pic of PSU with the details section?

230V??? You must mean 230W right? No you can't run any GTX with that PSU.

Your motherboard has a single PCIe 3.0 connector, so compatibility won't be a problem but your power supply might. Which one do you have?

As for which edition you should buy, it's usually down to preference and previous buying experience. I recommend you avoid the reference cards (the ones straight from Nvidia) as they don't have very good cooling.

Yes the system can. Also, if you can afford any 700 series GTX it'd be a better choice concerning the 600 series' age.
