Another black screen crash while gaming thread...
edit: copying thread from memory forum as I have ruled out memory as the issue.

I realize there are a lot of these threads but it seems like none of them actually have a solution that's relevant so apologies if you've seen all of this before.

I made a new gaming rig and I've been getting black screen crashes while gaming (never crashed outside of playing games). Nothing in system logs. Sound keeps going but monitor goes into sleep mode and I have to manually reboot the system. Video card is Gigabyte R9 280. I've got latest drivers for video, directx, audio, motherboard. Temps are always low if anything (video card never above 65C).

Memory tests are all clear.
Video card benchmarking with Unigene Heaven and FurMark overnight no crashes.
Prime95 tested and works fine.

Have requested an RMA on the card but not sure that it will fix the issue and don't want to go that route unnecessarily just spend money on shipping and to get a refurb with the same problem.

Have monitored temps and all are normal.

My system specifications are in the following link:

Any advice or ideas at this point would be helpful.

Thanks.

I was monitoring power supply and m "VIN4" (whatever that is) seems to have really high variance. Is that concerning?
