(I should also add I built it myself.)
I should also state I'm under 18, So I'm in a divorce situation meaning the computer is hauled back and forth (and yes, it's protected in-transit) now I have been trying to diagnose my system, which I thought originally I thought it was a virus though a virus scan from Kaspersky 2015 showed that there are no viruses on my system then I went to thinking it was the 3TB massive storage drive as sometimes when the computer was running awfully, the Drive would disappear or all the sudden be undetected till reboot as well as it passed the short seagate test and then failed the long one So I went out and bought a 3TB backup drive to move my data. Booted Windows in to safe mode and let the data transfer. But then all the sudden the computer started working. I needed USB storage but as a minor, $110 is a lot of money. Anyways before now I was blaming the Wi-Fi Card as when I booted with one antenna it worked fine but with two, it would freeze up once 4 Bars of connectivity was reached. The computer often times will freeze up or just run extremely slow (Reason I thought it was HDD failure.) Now often times it will take the computer (Upon switching custody) A day or so for it to all the sudden start working. Now both networks run on the same ISP, WOW!. Now today I got to my dad's and I was the Computer was crashing a lot even BSOD'ing Many times! The computer did not bring up a specific error such as: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Remember thats AN EXAMPLE not the error I got. Like I said it was just a codeless error. I also should say that I DONT have my Intel CPU drivers installed BUT when I try to install them I get the error "System does not meet minimum requirements for this software." So I can't install those drivers. Also when trying to find crash dumps I noticed many folders named "AMD64" I wonder if Windows is maybe picking up my CPU as an AMD x64 Based APU. I've also contemplated reinstalling Windows on my SSD. Anyways the issue is really starting to get on my nerves and I would be ashamed to waste my money to take this in to a computer repair shop.
Please help me people I'm very desperate
Thanks.

Reduce it down to that absolute minimal config that will boot.Only the boot drive
1 stick of RAM
Remove the vid card, and run off the i7
No OC if you've done any of that.
Possibly a Linux Boot CD to isolate the OS from the problem
Start adding things back in until it fails.
Linux boot CD isolates the OS? You mean boot on to windows and then Linux CD and see if they both or just one crashes?
Also system is very compact and taking apart is a pain in the ass and I'll send Pics soon so you can see what I mean.
Something else I should add, is that the system never wanted to display from motherboard Rear I/O when I first tested it, to fix this would I have to change the Primary Graphics Setting in MOBO config from PCI to CPU?
Also what is a good surface to place a Graphics card on? As my 780Ti is like a baby to me. xD
