Everything should fit but that PC would be served better by a higher end 550-650W PSU. Don't go overboard on your PSU it will run less efficiently if it isn't using within 20-80% of the PSU's power envelope. 1000W+ PSU's are designed for Tri-Quad GPU systems using GPU's like AMD's R9 290X or Nvidia's 780Ti. You could SLI a 760 with a Quality 550-650W PSU.
