Stuttering + BSoD Display Driver
CPU: i7 2500k
GPU: AMD Raedon HD 6870 (Sapphire)
Motherboard: AsRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3

In the last two weeks every time I run a game (and I've tried this on quite a few games) after a a few brief minutes the screen stutters as the display re-positions itself where the right, left, top or bottom goes to its opposite end (imagine the screen shifts over as one end clips to the other side). In the last few days now after a few more minutes I receive a Blue Screen of Death, just after a message pops up saying the AMD display driver has stopped responding.

Here's the BSoD log:

CPUID Hardware Monitor:

I can remove the stuttering + screwed up position by rolling back my card's driver and upgrading again via AMD's Catalyst Control Center (at the moment the screen goes blank). But that's not a solution.

I've made certain my GPU's driver is up-to-date, and there's been no hardware change since 2011. I tried Microsoft's recommended fix in Regedit (called TdrDelay, which I set to value 8), and cleaning my registry with CCleaner, but to no avail.

Any help would be tremendously appreciated! :)  At this point it's gotten very infuriating.
