What 60hz 28'' UHD monitor would you recommend?
I'm wondering with offers the best value for the price. I read a recent 970gtx review which claimed that UHD prices were near $400, but I haven't seen any. The Samsung is the lowest price I could find and is $600.

The $400 ones are 30Hz. They have hdmi 1.4, You need hdmi2.0 for 60Hz 4K

Oddly, the review was for a SLI GTX970, so they should have known about that, but maybe they were referring to 30Hz monitors.

The Samsung U28D590D is 28 inches 4K.
The Dell UP3214Q is 31.5 inches 4K.
The BenQ BL3201PT is 32 inches 4K.
I'm not sure what else is out there. None of these are $400, but I expect the Samsung is the cheapest as it is smaller and has a TN panel.

I wasn't aware of the BenQ. Couldn't find a price for it yet, unfortunately. I'm considering the Samsung, but if the BL3201PT isn't much more, I would consider it for the larger size and IPS.
