Best external display to pair with UHD (3840x2160) laptop.
I have a Lenovo Y50 laptop with an UHD LED (3840x2160) display. I want to purchase a 22" external monitor to pair with this - what's my best choice? (goal is no "letterboxing" on the external display & I can't go larger than 22 or 23" - so a 30" or 40" external UHD display won't do!)

Yes - I don't use the laptop for games at all. It's for work. Photoshop, InDesign, and large (book length), complex Office apps.
I need an external monitor that pairs well as an extended screen with the laptop when I am working - 80% of the time (the other 20% is spent in client meetings and Starbucks).

Is this for photoshop because you're not really going to game at UHD resolution with a single 860m, You'll get about 30-50fps at 1080/high. Ultra will drop you into the 20's
