Building my first PC and i bought this graphics card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168... when i put all the parts on pcpartpicker it estimated 484 watts, so i bought a 550 watt power supply, but i just watched a video that said the card would need a minimum of 600 watts to run. Should i buy another power supply? Here's the build if you wanna see: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/npLTFT (the power supply is also on the list)

Get a good quality 600+W PSU from tiers 1, 2a or 2b of http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-su...
Rosewill Capstone is in tier 2a. Even though its only 550W, it should be OK. But I would've chosen a Seasonic M12II 620 - $75 at Newegg.

Throw those power calculators away. You don't have any special power needs, so a GTX 780 calls for a 600watt
A 550watt should work if it is a quality power supply.
The manufactures 600 watt requirement takes into consideration, people buy crappy power supplies, so it is inflated.
this.
The manufacturers don't know what you have in your system or what junk PSU you might buy, so their PSU requirements are often astronomically high.
A 780 should be fine with a 550W psu... IF it's a decent 550W psu... and you don't have an 8 core FX cpu you're overclocking. Typically, without an overclock a 780 will draw about 280-320W from the wall. which leaves plenty of power for the rest of your system.
