That one cant not either.OK let me just explain something. Your build is completely lopsided and won't be able to benefit from Crossfire any, it NEEDS 8GB of RAM, it NEEDS a good motherboard, it NEEDS a 650W + QUALITY power supply.
Your budget DOES NOT allow you to run Crossfire.
PCI-e is the connector used for a graphics card, to run 2 graphics cards, you need 2 PCI-e slots that are capable of run in x8 (PCI-e x 8 mode).
Since you are on a tight budget, FORGET crossfire.
You are wasting money on it since you need a better motherboard and a better PSU. The CX600 Corsair IS NOT enough for 2 cards.
Also, get 8GB RAM.
I have changed your build to the below, its the most balanced for the price and will give you good performance without the need for crossfire.

The graphics card i added, the GTX970, is almost twice as fast as the R9 270x.
I also added a higher quality power supply.
And 8GB of RAM.

Thanks alot but I am on a budget of £400 and I don' t wanna exeed that. Plus I want my build to be crossfire capable or SLI capable so in the future I could get much better performance via crossfire , thanks alot

You can not even 2-way crossfire it and get the performance that it should.ONLY Z-series motherboard, like the MSI Z97 G55, can do dual graphics cards.
Okay thanks, what about this mobo MSI Z87-G43 , can it crossfire 2 way ?
Would you please take a look at my build plz http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/Z6Z4P6 How is it ?
sorry for asking too many questions

PCPartspicker is a machine going on numbers. Do you trust it?The B85 motherboard CAN NOT crossfire in x8 mode, which is require.
The PSU DOES NOT actually provide 600W as it is a budget unit. Even if it did, it would not be a good idea to load it that much.
Thanks alot, but I will not crossfire it three way, only two way crossfire and what about this mobo MSI H87M-G43 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard[b[/b] ??? Sorry but what is x8 , again thanks

The power supply is not capable of running 2 of these cards. Nor is the chassis good enough for it.
The motherboard can also not run 2 of these cards.
You should get 4GB more RAM.
You could see on pcpartpicker.com that the casing as well as psu is able to allow crossfire and still have some power left

The card is CAPABLE of it.HOWEVER.
DO you have a good enough power supply?
Is your motherboard capable of running 3 of these cards?
Is your chassis large enough with sufficient cooling?
Even if yes to all of the above. You still don't WANT to run 3 of them as the last one would be a waste of money and BARELY give you any better FPS.
No, i will get a corsair cx600 psu and the mobo i will get is MSI B85M-G48 , Will get intel core i3 4150, 4gb 1600mhz corsair vengence memory, casing : Corsair spec-01 red, and I will only crossfire it 2 way after a year or two
