agreed Novuake. Get the GTX 970 instead, a much better value card. Your power supply can handle the GTX 970 but if you do further upgrades to your desktop I would advise you get a better power supply.

Yes, it is.
But don't waste your money on the GTX980.

The GTX970 is only 10% slower but costs almost half the price.

A good quality 650W supply is plenty for this graphics card.

The Cooler Master GX-II 650 is not a good power supply:
