i3-4150 With MSI GTX 970 Twin Frozr V [Bottleneck?]
So guys, im going to upgrade my gpu to gtx 970... Thinking about my CPU, will my CPU will bottleneck gtx 970 (i3-4150) ?

Nah you are good with that i5. If you don't overclock, consider the i5 4690 non k version. Or even better, the Xeon 1231 which is basically an i7 4770 and the price of an i5. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

There is the potential for a bottleneck there. Usually its with these high end cards when you see the i3 bottle-necking GPU's. I would highly recommend getting a i5 4690k.
