Display not working
This may be a PSU issue but I am going to place my question here.

I have had a new card (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...)
for quite some time, it has had no problems with eyefinity etc or computer related issues, it has been a very good card.

I usually keep my computer in sleep mode, but I woke up today and it was on. The monitors, however, had no display. They acted as if there was no signal to the computer.

I reset multiple times and the computer would sometimes not even start up, so I would have to switch the power cord, reset my PSU switch, and what not, it would take some moving around but it would start up sometimes.

I figured that the graphics card was at fault for this, so I replaced that one with my old one, an xfx HD 5850.

The computer displays the BIOS, but then during the booting sequence it sometimes turns off my computer, it actually failed to find the boot drive, but I could change that in the bios to boot from my harddrive.

Windows (8.1) then starts, but suggests I restart my computer to possibly fix it, while it's trying to stop my computer safely, the computer cuts off and doesn't actually restart.

My PSU is an ultra LSP 650 pro

I have not had any overheating issues either.

Thanks for reading, hopefully I can fix this with your help.

Not sure why it automatically decided that was the solution. Anyways, I bought a new PSU. A corsair cx750 m . The problem continues. My better graphics card does not display. My old one displays. But it cuts out no matter what card I use. The better one just dos it much quicker.

possible it might be a power power supply. try using a different one (or a local computer store to check it out).
