I do not game on PC. I run design programs and 3d design programs and want to keep 3 screens. I watch movies while drawing/modeling.
I overpowered my GT 240 with 3 screens and now am looking for something better. Price range is between $60-$100
Are there any other cards similar to those named that might be better for the cost?
My specs
to run on PCIe 2, 350 power
Dell DP55M01

http://gpuboss.com/gpus/MSI-Radeon-R7-250-vs-EVGA-GeFor...
Seems this site doesn't care about the faster speed of the R7 250.
I've seen it rated much higher on another site though.
Thank you all for your help. It is appreciated. R7 250 it is then.

Your whole pc probably draws less than 200w, and that msi 250 draws less than 75, it'll work on a 300w psu. The 400w recommended is a) because ppl OC, and b) because more than a few low budget psu's have lousy outputs, as in I just answered a post with a 550w psu with 12a on 12v rail. That's a truly abysmal aftermarket psu.
Just because you are not gaming doesn't mean you won't work the card hard, triple monitors is a large step up, and 2Gb will definitely serve better than 1Gb, even for simple Windows or running YouTube etc.
