Coil Whine related to temperature?
Basically title. I have a coil whine problem with my PSU. I dont know the name and I'm not in a position to look right now, but I do know what I've tried. I've covered the open chokes in hot glue, I've disable the AMD CPU stuff in the BIOS (C6, PowerNow!, stuff like that) and tried overclocking both my GPU and my CPU, neither of which worked. My question is could it be heat related? It doesnt seem to happen when its really cold in my room, and it seems to happen more when its hotter. I haven't monitored temps though. Any ideas?

Thats actually a sh**** situation. I got it from Tiger Direct, and the wont RMA without the UPC code or whatever. I already sent in the UPC code (without thinking) for a rebate. I read up on this before, and I know why its there. But I dealt with this once before and fixed it no problem, so I guess it was just a fluke huh.
