Replacing thermal pads with thermal paste + [Others questions]
Laptop Model: Acer Aspire 5750g
Thermal Paste: Zalman STG-1

(pic of the laptop's mobo not yet cleaned)

I disassembled my laptop for the first time to replace its thermal compound/paste. There are thermal pads used for the black parts (those with red circles) around the Nvidia GPU. Can I just remove them and replace nothing? For the GPU chips, there are plastic cover glued above them (those with Yellow Circles) and I can't clean the old thermal paste because of it, can I also remove it? Last question, (the thread title) Can I just replace all the thermal pads with thermal paste 'cause I don't have spare thermal pads and they're very hard to find here in our country(PH).
