i got hit by the lucky train in vegas and won big and i need a need gaming computer and decided to go all out on a new one but i want to build it. i have no price limit basically the more the better, i want any game i play to run on ultra with no problem at all, i want no fan noise but no over heating issue, also i want a bad ass looking case. help

This is what I'd do today .... what I mean is the non reference 980 cards are not out yet and I'd wait for them. Once they are, pop the MSI 980 in there.
If it were me, I'd put in two SSDs and two SSHDs for storage
you coulkd more to X99 platform and spend more money but there really is no ROI there unless you go for 3 or 4 GFX cards .... the 3rd card adds just 20$ and the 4th just 10% more.

The following link is to a company that build high end machines. You could use their design tools and then acquire and assemble the parts yourself. I think they go up to around $40,000. They do both laptops and desktops.
