Need help to build a Fast PC for 500$ (maybe more funds) (hardly any gaming)
What is the Best PC Build for 500$, even lower if possible, as of today ? I will sometimes be using it for gaming. My main gaming system is PS4.

This PC will sometimes be used for editing very short videos using C4D/After Effects and other things. Gaming wise 720p wont bother be a lot, but 1080p is always nicer :p

I just want it to be fast without problems; multitask on it with no lag, compile big codes in seconds, so on so forth.

I have a monitor (my TV - 32"), mouse and keyboard. I also have parts of a HP Pavilion m9000, such as

    500Gb HDD, 8GB of DDR2, 350W PSU, Some motherboard, and a processor.

Other parts like the videocard, cables, case, wifi card, are all in horrible condition.

Overall i just want a fast pc for video editing and a bit of gaming for less than 500$ - boot fast too !!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your time, please make a pcpartpicker list if possible
