Here's my RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

I guess its right? Each stick @ 800=1600mhz? 9-9-9-24

Each stick works at 1600MHz, it is not combined. So your RAM is just fine.
In that case, you shouldn't have much problems with your computer. I would just spend those 200$ for a newer i5 (4670 or, if you'd like to OC it and sped some more, get the 4690k with a CPU Cooler) and have a great build. :)

I think that the GPU need more RAM that best at 12GB...

Hey you are welcome!

Can you check your RAM exact model and brand? It is strange to have DDR3 running at 799MHz. Maybe that's what's slowing your rig down.
If that's the problem, we can try and fix it and use those 200$ for a new i5. :)

Thank you for the reply, friend!

It's a gaming rig, and I'd like to keep my upgrade budget under $200 at the moment. Thanks again~

Hey there kamicosby,

What are you using that computer for? What us your upgrade budget?

Is that a 8GB DDR3 RAM memory? If it works at just 800MHz, I would say that would be your bottleneck.
That i5 is pretty obsolete but still good at 4.5GHz.
Your MOBO is pretty solid.
The rest of your parts are good.

Depending on your budget, I would suggest to first upgrade your RAM to 2x4GB (or 2x8GB - depending on your needs and budget) and then think of a new CPU (if you'd like to stick to i5, I would suggest checking out 4690k). :)

Hope this helps,
