Hey guys. One of the fans on my gpu is not working anymore. I've looked up a few threads but they usually talk about drilling a hole into the fan or something. (I'd probably break the card to be honest if I tried).
Anyways I'm okay with replacing the fans. I'm thinking about buying the stock fans off of ebay and replacing them myself. http://www.ebay.com/itm/171457221472?_trksid=p2055119.m...
If I bought those then took the fans off and replaced them with the new fans, would that work? Or is there more to it?
If anyone has a cheaper option than that please let me know.
I've also looked into an external fan, however, I don't want to take the side off of my case. I'd rather have the external fan and everything within the closed case if that's possible.
