I ordered two EVGA GTX 980 SC Reference cards but they got discontinued on their website so they decided to switch it out with EVGA GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 without telling me.... But I don't have to pay the difference.
But the problem is I'm going to sli them and I heard Reference cards are the best since they use the blower design. And I've heard bad things about the custom ACX cooler?
And I already have a case with bad airflow (NZXT H440) with Corsair H100i at the top pushing air through the radiator.
But I have Asrock Z87 Extreme4 so there's 1 slot between the graphic cards in SLI.
They haven't send it yet, should I call them tomorrow and switch to Msi/Gigabyte GTX 980 Reference?
Edit
Here's the prices in Denmark
2 x EVGA GTX 980
- 8.300 DKK
- 1.405 USD
2x EVGA GTX 980 SC
- 8.700 DKK
- 1.471 USD
2 x EVGA GTX 980 ACX 2.0
- 9.180 DKK
- 1.554 USD

I would get the reference cards as the H440 does have really really low airflow. One thing you can do to improve airflow in the H440 is remove the mesh strips that run along the top and front panels. They come off with crosshead screws and can be put back if you don't like it.
Changed to Gigabyte GTX 980 and they just send it today, so I'll get them tomorrow instead of 2 - 3 weeks for EVGA! And thanks for the tip, just removed the mesh strips to try it out.
