GTX 770 Overheating
Right now I have a GTX 770 HOF edition installed in my rig. While gaming under 99% load my temps get up to 80 Celsius. To me I think its to hot. Is this to hot for a gtx 770 HOF? If it is I am thinking of replacing the thermal paste in it.

That temp for max load is perfectly fine, nothing to worry about.

Below 85 degrees is considered good.

have you been monitoring your fan speeds?, do you have good airflow in your case? did you overclock it? after how long does it get up to those temperatures and have you tried blowing the dust out with compressed air?

these are lots of questions I know. but details matter.

and yes 80 degrees is warm but it wont kill your GPU. the max temp for a gtx 770 is 98, as you can see here http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gt...
