sorry for missing the ti.
however, i did mention with everything else being equal. if one is ti and the other is not, then it's different

1gb is a bit low nowadays, what with all the HD resolution and high resolution packs/textures. however, having 2gb does not mean it is faster, it depends on other factors as well

Hes comparing the GTX 750 ti 1GB version to a vanilla GTX750 2GB.

I think everyone seems to be missing that COMPLETELY in this thread.

For a similar to the same price, I would get a R7 265 instead.

GPU with 1 GB vs 2 GB is for handling games on higher resolution. 2 GB is enough for 1080p resolution gaming (however this requirement is now changing to 3 GB for the latest games with ultra settings and details). Performance depends on Core clock, memory clock, memory bandwidth, pixel rate, texel rate, shader units etc. those are real big games and those GPUs are not enough.

For watch dogs with 750 Ti 2 GB, see these:

Medium settings

Neither of them will run AMAZINGLY, but the GTX 750ti 1GB will perform better.

Here is a quick comparison.
