Gaming PC Am i Good ?
Hello first post here i want to build a gaming PC im ready to pull the trigger and buy my parts just making sure everything is compatible i want to play Games on High / Ultra settings @1080p

Coolers don't cause those problems. If you're worried, get a Noctua DH14.

The main thing with a cooler is to make sure it'll fit ion your case. Then that it doesn't touch the ram - you got low profile ram so you'll be OK.

Yes there are basically no CPU coolers that interfere with GPU slots. No issue there.

Thank you for your help also CPU Cooler is very large will my GPU be able to fit in the first PCI E Lane ?

All good stuff. Not a budget build.

You could get the same performance and save a few quid. eg
i7 -> i5
16gb ram -> 8gb

But if you're happy then go for it.

some changes to save money.

Get an i5 not an i7.
Get 8gb RAM, not 16gb
Get a 650-750w PSU.
Everything else looks good to go. Will easily max any game for a long time at 1080p.
