You can get DX 12 cards the 970 and 980.
Or you can get dx 11 cards. I'm sure dx 11 would last for next 2-3 years but can't say beyond that.

these Dx12 card are too costly for me. I am thinking to buy Sapphire AMD/ATI Radeon R9 270X with Boost OC 4 GB DDR5 Graphics Card .

I think you can r9 280 for that price. It is faster than r9 270X. Even though some games like WatchDogs require more than 3GB VRam and recently the devs of Evil Within announced about needing 4 GB VRAM. So i would recommend the r9 280. But r9 270X isn't bad too.

Then sapphire radeon R9 270X Dual-X 4GB is good card.. Evil Within want 4GB Vram and this card have 4GB vram.and also other specs are same with r9 270X toxic.
only con is build qulity is not so good.

You can also import from US if you can wait. My budget was 13K But 750ti and r7 260x wer the only decent card available in that budget. All the r9 270/270X costed more than 14K. So I imported from US and got r9 270 for 13500. Had to pay more than my budget but it was cheaper than what was available in India.

The R9 270x isn't a bad card at all though. What is your exact budget OP?

Not the 280X just 280.
-->http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r9280gaming...

only 280X available in India but that is also out of my budget..
but r9 270x is 4GB Card and r9 280 is 3GB card so..why 280 is bettar than 270x because 270x is 4gb card.

Higher VRAM does not mean higher perfomance. R9 280 is better in many aspects. New processor,wider memory bus etc.vRam is helpful when having multi monitors or if any games need alot texture rendering. For most games 3GB VRAM is enough. For example:- Let's just say r9 280 is a computer with i5 + 8GB RAM. Then R9 270X with 4 GB would be - i3 + 16GB RAM. What's your budget by the way?

my budget 17000 Rs (India Rupees) in US dollars nearly 275 $ ..because India import cards so also cards price increases because of too much taxes..
so r9 270x card price is 275 US dollar in india.
