Is 550W enough for gtx970/i4690
I won't be overclocking.
Is 550w good enough to last for a good amount of time without problems? if yes, which PSU of this 2 is better:
Corsair RM550
Corsair CS550M

my pc specs will be:
i5 4690
gigabyte g1 sniper z97
gigabyte gtx 970 g1 OC
G.skill 1600 8gb 4gb x2 cl7
x2 Samsung 840 128 SSD

RM is a Tier 2A PSU, so you are fine.

RM 550W is made by Channel Well Tech and good quality, feel confident while buying it, it's a decent PSU :)

Yep, plenty. I'd go with RM, good quality stuff, much better than Corsair CS.
