whats the difference between these two nvidia gtx 970 video cards
was up toms hardware


i want to upgrade my video card and im going to water cool for overclocking but i wanted to kno


1-what was the difference between these two cards?
2- which should i get?
3- wont they both overclock the same if i water cool?
4- since the base and boost clock are lower in the non sc model is the sc better?

eveything else besides that is the same

my current specs
cpu- i5-3570k @ 4.2 ghz
gpu- gtx 660 sc 2GB @ 1149 mhz
motherboard- asus p8z77 v-lx
ram- 16gb corsair xms3 1333mhz
powersupply- corsair rm850
cpu and gpu both on custom water loop

one is superclocked and one is not
one has a higher base and boost clock

they are the same as the ones with custom fans?
its all the same gpu chip right
