Black boarders after AMD catalyst update
I recent install an update for my video drivers and after the Update I have black boarders. My resolution was 1440x900, but now I get black boarders on the left and right of my desktop and the windows bar drops off at the bottom. I like my resolution at 1440x900, but the best fit is a smaller resolution, but it hurts my eyes. How can I fix my resolution I have a LG TV 32in. There's nothing in the TV's setting that will allow to fix this.

If your TV is 720P then the correct resolution (native) would be 1360x768.

Okay I got scaling to work and my resolution to fit the screen at 1440x900, but now I have a slight lag. When I turn on GPU scaling the Resolutions are 1920x1080, 1776x1000, 1360x768(recommended), 1280x768, 1280x720 and so forth, but when I turn GPU scaling off i have more options. Also with GPU scaling on at 1440x900 things are a bit slow. Tell me if you you need more info.

I did in AMD catalyst, but it's grayed out. Overscan is all the way up I can't move it. Is there another place I should look?
