Acer S240HL missing the advertised HDMI port
Quick question:

The Acer S240HL 24" monitor explicitly states in all locations I can find including the acer website, the manuals, quick start guide, and so on that it has a VGA, DVI, and HDMI port. I looked up down and sideways and have find NO HDMI port. It is not on the back side, or even hidden. On the back, if you look at a picture of the back of one, it goes from right to left, VGA, DVI, and DC power in. It should be HDMI after DVI, but there isn't even a space there. The power port is moved over. I see no indication anywhere on the internet or the products information that this should be the case. It is brand new. I literally bought it 45 minutes ago.

So, is this normal, did I get the wrong one, or what?

There are a number of different version of the S240HL depending on what country you're in.

In Canada, for example, it's called the S240HL bd, and doesn't have the HDMI input. In the US it's called the S240HL Abd, and again, it doesn't have the HDMI input. To contrast this, in the Philippines, it's just called S240HL, and does have the HDMI input. These are just a few examples; there are many more versions of the S240HL.

So the question is, what country are you in? Does the packaging the monitor came in say S240HL or S240HL followed by some letters? Alternatively you could also check the part number, as this varies more noticeably between the similar sounding model names.
