Screen Flickering after a week of upgrading to a GTX 780
Hi
Last week I upgraded my MSI GTX 570 to a ASUS GTX 780 DirectCU II OC, and it was working fine, after a couple days my screen started flickering a little when I played SKYRIM but last night it became like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=133U6S9CNi8

And the flickering now continues after I quit the game, randomly on the desktop or browser, etc.

My PC specs:
Motherboard: MSI Big Bang X-Power (GPU is in PCIe 2.0 x16 slot)
Processor: i7 950 3.07GHz
PSU: Thermaltake TR2 RX 850W
RAM: 6Gb DDR3 Corsair, 4Gb DDR3 G-skill
Note: beside the new GPU everything else is 4 years old

When I capture a screen video with Fraps the video looks just fine as if nothing were wrong with the display. I tried with another monitor and with a HDTV, same thing. I tried with HDMI and DVI cables, nothing. I usually use double displays so I tried with only one, same thing. when the displays are all flickering like crazy and I unplug the HDMI or DVI cable from the screens and plug them again just for a couple of seconds the image looks fine then it flickers again. GPU temp is ok. I'm inclined to think that the PSU is the culprit, maybe after 4 years the PSU is not giving enough juice? Or is the GPU faulty? Or is something else I'm missing?

Thanks in advance for any advise

UPDATE: Drivers are up to date and VSync is enable
