Upgrading from 770gtx to 780 ti 970 sli or 980
basically stated above, i want to upgrade from my 770 superclocked to either a 780ti 2 970's in sli or a single 980. I game on a 1080p monitor, have an i5 3570k, 32gb of 1866 GsKill ram, Asus P8Z77-V PRO motherboard and an 850w Gold corsair PSU. Also the card will be used for gaming and i would like to be able to push things to the max.

I am oersoannly not too familiar with downsampling. But it is at your own risk... Sorry I can't help you with that.

I would prefer the GTX 970 SLI if you game on multiple monitors or with a 4K monitor. But since you game with one all three graphics card will do well.

But I think the GTX 980 will be the best choice and will maxed out any game you throw at it. When it wears out either upgrade or SLI it.

Hope this helps.
