Single ASUS GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 - Is buying another one a good idea?
Hi,

Below you can see my PC spec. Also, I just bought a 1920x1080 GSYNC 144hz monitor so having high FPS is important. Therefore, I was wondering if buying another GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 | 1058MHz Clock, 7010MHz Memory, is a good idea. The other solution is not buying anything else because I don't have that much money (and I bought my rig 1 year ago)

I understand that I won't be able to play Shadow of Mordor or Witcher 3 with high fps at ultra with my current build but my goal is to be able use the potential of my new monitor (120hz and gsync) and I was wondering if it was possible with what I currently have. If not, would buying another GeForce GTX 770 2GB GDDR5 | 1058MHz Clock, 7010MHz Memory makes a big difference?

(In fact I'm kinda worried about the 3gb video memory that Dragon Age Inquisition asks, since my video card has only 2gb)

Probably MSI again or gigabyte, they seem to be the best options. The asus cards seem to run hotter and not OC as well while the EVGA ones PCB doesnt seem to be as well made. MSI had a packaging issue that messed some cards up at first but they have changed it so it wont be happening anymore.

What 970 model are you considering?

Man I bought that 1 year ago and it was top notch. I'm depressed :(  (and the 770 is only 100$ cheaper than the 970)

well it would certainly help improve fps in all titles which support sli. Adding another card wont help with VRAM though so you still would fail to meet those requirements for these new games. overall though you may be better off selling the 770 and picking up a 970 or even a 980 if you can scrape the funds together.
