Fractal Define r4 w/ extra 140mm fractal design r2 case fan
Sabertooth 990FX R2.0
AMD Fx-8320
Corsair H100 w/ 2 Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition fans
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB)
MSI GTX 770
Western Digital WD Blue 1TB 7200 RPM
Corsair CX 750W
Also...I could use the hyper 212 evo as I already have it but replace the fans with the Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition fans. If this is the better way to go please inform me.

You could buy something like this and see how it does on the evo,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-case-fan-nff12pwm
you could always buy another cooler would performance not be good enough.
The corsair fans in the next link seem to do very well to and very quiet, from what i read in reviews even more quiet than the noctua,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/corsair-case-fan-...
the more expensive is a two pack.
For best info you better read reviews about them yourself.
Looking for a better cooler includes good air coolers which might be as good or even better than the aio watercoolingsets.
This one is to be bought for a nice price and has good performance,
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk018 !!
is very quiet according to reviews, read those about this one.One or even more fans, like the corsairs in that link, are already a big part of this coolers price.Look what they say about the mounting too,it isn't the easiest.
Or another very good choice price/performance wise, again read reviews (added one later),
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/scythe-cpu-cooler-scmg4000
In the end is the choice up to you, with adding just one fan,or realy replacing the stock, will you have the cheapest solution and probably a good one when not overclocking to the max.
With an entirely other cooler might you even go a little further while still being more silent.
You'll find some nice reviews at techpowerup from these two coolers. This one has both in it,the evo as well,
http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=w...
if you look at the one from the scythe will you see the mounting mechanism as well,it's easier than the be quiet one.

I forgot to mention that with those 140mm fans they probably stick out a little above the cooler,i have a thermalright on a zalman cnps10 performa but in a haf 912 which is quite wide so i don't really notice, you might in a narrower case. What about something like the CORSAIR Hydro Series H55 Quiet Edition? Will that be quieter than my current CM 212 EVO If I replace the fans on the liquid cooler with noctuas?

You could just change the current fan from the evo,a few options,
http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/compare/deepcool-case-fan...
the 140mm fans have 120mm mounting holes so will fitt. They are more often silent while pushing more air through the cooler.
That psu will be fine too.

For gaming I prefer Intel .
so for OCing to 4GHz you don't need to an high-end cooler that one you have is enough but if you wanna some thing with lower noise take that http://pcpartpicker.com/part/noctua-cpu-cooler-nhu9bse2 and it will be better at OCing temp.

Yes it will work fine but what's the purpose ? Budget ?and try to change the PSU to XFX or Seasonic because the CX Series is bad, and about the cooler I prefer the H100i .
It is for gaming, and I already have the PSU from another build so I am gonna have to use it...Anyway... I am only going to slightly overclock the CPU to 4.0 Ghz. Is there another cooler that you recommend? I don't know if the h100i is overkill or not I honestly just want a cooler quieter than the 212 evo I have now.
