Game graphics slow to render on low settings
So I have been having some problems with Specifically Minecraft and the Forest. I have the settings at lowest setting but in game distances take a while to load while I can still move and do things. Its especially annoying with the forest. items like rocks and plants and stuff will show but it wont be allowed to pick up until i am looking at it for a time. Shadows and trees randomly pop up out of nowhere. Any body have any suggestions? My specs are
Asus A55BM-E mobo
AMD A6-5400K APU duel core overclocked at 4.4 ghz
350 watt power supply.
4 GB duel channel Hi performance ram at 1333 mhz
AMD Radeon 7540 HD graphics car with 756 Mhz speed

Maybe a driver update? Maybe faster even more ram? Do you know someone with maybe 2x4gb@1866mhz for instance? Just to try out.
Can't think of anything else.

Is the gpu from that apu (AMD Radeon 7540 HD ) even good enough to play those games? Sounds like very low fps to me but maybe i'm wrong.
