Asus 7970 boots up and works for several minutes then turns off
So my 2 year old 7970 card started acting strange yesterday. Firstly, the fan started making grinding noises so I had no other option that unplugging the second fan. Then the card ran fine for about a day, now the second problem takes place. When ever I watch youtube with higher Q than 144 the screen looses signal to the card... Fans are running and everything seem to work but the signal sent to the screen simply turns off, also I've tried moving the card to a different pc but same problem there.

Note: I've used this card for mining last winter (Ran it at 80% Load so could it've been the long term load thats the problem)?

overclocking does not affect the warranty so replace it.

Yes it is, I've cleaned it up several times. Actually I have no clue, but I think that overclocking might harm the warranty....

Yes could be if it was 80% 24x7. Is the card free of dust and dirt? Is it still under warranty?
