ASRock Z97 Anniversary ATX Compatibility Question
Hey guys, it's MrXtreme again with another compatibility question.
Okay, I plan to install Linux on the PC that I'm going to build & I was wondering if the ASRock Z97 Anniversary motherboard will work with Linux?

I'll just try the motherboard to see if it works, if it doesn't then I'll go with an ASUS Z97 board. & also, I'd like a request for this thread to be closed please?

You're going to have to go to the hardware for which you're installing drivers and check if they have Linux versions.

That's kind of what I meant, I want to make sure the drivers for my hardware work correctly when I install Linux. I don't want to install Windows if this won't work.

You never know with linux , you won't find drivers listed , it's about trial and error.

I lot of searching for driver compatibility.

Every motherboard should work with Linux or Windows, don't worry. There is no such thing as motherboard-OS compatibility.
