My Build:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Dshv23
I need to get the Price down to around 800$ or if possible, lower.
Things that Cannot Change
the i54690k,
16gb Ram at least 1866mhz or faster,
a decent cooler for small-medium OCs,
GPU has to be able to play BF4 max ultra settings/ no filtering, at 1080p, and at least 60FPS or higher.
Thanks~ all suggestions are welcomed!
Also if you have the time, could you also put together a decent gaming build for ~600$

no overclocking but, super great gpu, best non overclockable cpu, best gpu for price, faster ram as it improves performance slightly. also if you look on pc partpickers front page you can get some extra discounts.

this one will provide more performance(2x 280x in crossfire so i would say 30-40% more at max or maybe 30fps more and more in higher resolutions) than the above but may have issues(software issues) and use more power/expel more heat

However, I know BF4 is a CPU intensive game, however it would be more beneficial performance wise and for future games to get a cheaper processor and a better GPU. Here is what I would suggest you get.

This has a 770, which is a much better graphics card than the R9 270X. You will no longer be able to overclock, however this setup will perform better for future games than the previous build, even with an overclock.
i think you forgot the case.

Slightly better cpu and better graphics card in terms of performance and reliability (ACX coolers have a misaligned heatsink). Much better HDD, the RE3 is really slow, the barracuda isn't much more for better performance.

If you can bring it closer to your $800 budget, I would invest in a decent ATX motherboard. If not this should work fine.

I don't see any R9 280 listed at that price range. Does that price include mail in rebates?
yeah 7% off plus a 30 mail in rebate, i'm sure msi will honor thier rebates not sure on lesser brands but msi is reliable.
Well, if he's willing to go through the hassle of sending in a rebate it would be worth it.
hopefully, some companines sometimes make it a hassle.
